• Any content depicting, describing, or promoting sexual activity involving minors (persons under 18), whether real or fictional.
• Any content depicting characters who are minors, or who are clearly recognizable as minors, in sexually explicit situations.
• This includes but is not limited to illustrations, drawings, animations, computer-generated imagery, and text.
• Content that sexualizes, objectifies, or exploits children in any manner.

3.2 Non-Consensual Content

• Content depicting real sexual acts without the verified consent of all individuals depicted.
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or normalizes sexual violence, assault, or coercion.
• Revenge pornography or intimate images shared without the consent of the person depicted.
• Deepfakes or AI-generated content that depicts real individuals in sexually explicit situations without their consent.

3.3 Human Trafficking and Exploitation

• Content that promotes, facilitates, recruits for, or solicits sex trafficking or human trafficking of any kind.
• Content that advertises or solicits commercial sexual services involving coercion, fraud, or force.
• Content that exploits, coerces, or dehumanizes any individual for sexual or labor purposes.
• Content intended to recruit, entice, harbor, transport, or maintain victims of trafficking.
• Content that depicts real or fictional minors in any sexual context for commercial gain.

3.4 Content Promoting Violence or Illegal Activity

• Content that provides specific instructions for committing crimes, including but not limited to murder, assault, weapons manufacturing, drug trafficking, illegal gambling, document forgery, wiretapping, or hacking.
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or recruits for terrorist organizations, violent extremist groups, or criminal organizations.
• Content that promotes or provides instruction on self-harm or suicide.

3.5 Other Prohibited Content

• Content that constitutes or promotes fraud, phishing, or deceptive schemes.
• Content that targets specific individuals with harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or intimidation.
• Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, likeness rights, trade secrets, or other legal rights of third parties.
• Content that unlawfully discloses personal information of any individual.
• Content classified as obscene under applicable law, regardless of whether it is labeled as adult content.
• Malicious software, viruses, or any code designed to damage or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or any connected systems.

4.1 Sexually Explicit Content

• Content containing explicit sexual acts, full nudity, or direct depiction of intimate body parts must be clearly labeled as Adult Content (R-18) and restricted to verified adult users.
• Content with moderate sexual themes (suggestive imagery, partial nudity, strong sexual innuendo) should carry a Suggestive Content warning.
• Mild romantic content (light kissing, embracing) may be published without additional labels.

4.2 Violent or Graphic Content

• Content depicting realistic bloodshed, dismemberment, or gore-level violence must be clearly labeled as Graphic Violence and restricted to adult users.
• Content with moderate violence (bloodshed in an artistic, narrative, or critical context) should carry a Violence Warning.
• Mild action or conflict may be published without additional labels.

4.3 Self-Harm Related Content

• Content depicting or discussing self-harm or suicide, even where not glorified, must include appropriate warnings and, where applicable, links to crisis support resources.
• Content that glorifies, encourages, or provides specific methods of self-harm or suicide is strictly prohibited under Section 3.

4.4 Failure to Comply

Creators who fail to properly classify content or who intentionally mislabel content may be subject to content removal, account suspension, or termination.

7.1 Platform Commitment

hidnscroll is committed to combating human trafficking and the sexual exploitation of individuals. We strictly prohibit all content and conduct that promotes, facilitates, or solicits sex trafficking or any form of human exploitation.

7.2 Platform Safeguards

• Mandatory identity and age verification for all creators prior to account activation.
• Content review processes to detect and remove prohibited material.
• Immediate and permanent account suspension for any user found to be in violation.
• Reporting of confirmed violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8.1 Definition of Human Trafficking

For purposes of this Policy, human trafficking includes:

• Sex trafficking: the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, obtaining, patronizing, or soliciting of a person for a commercial sex act induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person has not attained 18 years of age.
• Labor trafficking: the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for labor or services through force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of subjection to involuntary servitude, peonage, debt bondage, or slavery.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

• Posting, promoting, or distributing content that advertises or facilitates human trafficking.
• Using the platform to recruit, solicit, or groom potential trafficking victims.
• Uploading content that depicts, glorifies, or normalizes trafficking or sexual exploitation.
• Using proceeds from trafficking activity to purchase platform services.
• Any conduct intended to exploit, coerce, or deceive another person for commercial gain.

8.3 Consequences of Violation

• Immediate and permanent suspension of the account.
• Forfeiture of any accrued earnings or balances.
• Reporting of the violation and associated account data to law enforcement.
• Civil or criminal referral, as appropriate.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or restrict access to any content that violates this Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy.
• Withhold or forfeit creator earnings associated with content that violates this Policy.
• Cooperate with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of illegal activity.
• Modify this Policy at any time with notice to users.

9.2 Enforcement Actions

Enforcement actions are determined at our sole discretion based on the severity and nature of the violation:

• Warning: For minor or first-time violations, content removal and a written warning.
• Temporary Suspension: For repeated or moderate violations, account suspension for a defined period.
• Permanent Termination: For severe violations (including CSAM, trafficking, non-consensual content, or illegal activity), immediate and permanent account termination.
• Earnings Forfeiture: Where violations involve fraudulent activity or material breach, partial or full forfeiture of pending creator earnings.
• Law Enforcement Referral: Where violations involve criminal activity, we will report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

9.3 Appeals

Users may appeal enforcement actions by contacting support@hidnscroll.com within thirty (30) days of the action. Appeals will be reviewed and a decision communicated within a reasonable timeframe.
