hidnscroll operates as a platform for user-generated content. The Company does not produce, create, direct, or otherwise participate in the production of any sexually explicit visual depictions. All content available on the platform is uploaded by independent creators ("Creators") who are solely responsible for the content they produce and distribute.

All Creators who upload content to hidnscroll that depicts actual sexually explicit conduct are required to:

• Maintain records demonstrating that all individuals depicted in such content are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production.
• Comply with all applicable record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
• Provide age verification documentation as required during the Creator registration and verification process.
• Designate and maintain their own Custodian of Records if required by law.

As part of our commitment to preventing the exploitation of minors, hidnscroll implements the following measures:

• Content Moderation: We employ both automated systems and human review to detect and remove content that may depict minors or that otherwise violates our policies.
• User Access Restriction: Access to the hidnscroll platform is restricted to adults only. Users must confirm they are of legal age to access adult content in their jurisdiction before accessing the platform.

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the Custodian of Records for content produced by or on behalf of Hidn International, Inc. is:

Records required to be maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are available for inspection by the Attorney General during normal business hours at the address listed above.

For content uploaded by independent Creators, each Creator serves as the primary producer and is responsible for maintaining their own 2257-compliant records. Creators are required to make such records available for inspection as required by law.

To the extent that any content on the hidnscroll platform is subject to the exemptions set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c), including but not limited to content that consists solely of simulated sexually explicit conduct or drawn, animated, or computer-generated depictions, such content is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

hidnscroll primarily hosts illustrated, drawn, and animated comic content. Where such content does not depict actual sexually explicit conduct involving real individuals, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 may not apply. Notwithstanding any exemption, the Company maintains its age verification and identity verification processes for all Creators as a matter of best practice and platform policy.
