Refund Policy

hidnscroll Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 27, 2026

This Refund Policy governs refunds relating to Subscription Support and other paid services offered through hidnscroll (the "Service").

1. General Principles

  1. Subscription Support constitutes a digital content access service.
  2. By purchasing Subscription Support, the Fan acknowledges that access to digital content may begin immediately after payment.
  3. Refunds are limited as set forth below.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. Where access to Subscriber-Only Content has commenced after payment;
  2. Where the subscription period has already started;
  3. Where dissatisfaction relates to subjective preferences regarding the Creator's content;
  4. Where the Fan failed to cancel automatic renewal before the renewal date;
  5. Where payment was made through an app marketplace (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), in which case the refund must be requested directly through that marketplace.

3. Refundable Circumstances

A refund may be granted in the following limited situations:

  1. Duplicate payment due to technical error;
  2. Payment processing error attributable to the Company;
  3. Unauthorized payment confirmed after reasonable investigation;
  4. Service unavailability for a prolonged period due to Company fault;
  5. Where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Request Procedure

  1. Refund requests must be submitted through the Service or via email to support@hidnscroll.com.
  2. The Company may request identity verification and supporting documentation.
  3. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of payment, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

  1. The Company may immediately suspend the related account;
  2. The Company may recover paid Creator Earnings;
  3. The Company may restrict future use of paid services.

6. Automatic Renewal

  1. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  2. Failure to cancel before renewal does not constitute grounds for refund.

7. Minor Users

  1. If a minor legally capable of accessing adult content but lacking contractual capacity enters into Subscription Support without guardian consent, the legal guardian may request cancellation in accordance with applicable law.
  2. The Company may require documentation to verify the guardian relationship and validity of cancellation.

8. Refund Method

  1. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless technically impossible.
  2. Processing time may vary depending on payment provider.

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
